Non existing service with investments

We have been with Liberty 30+ years. NEVER have we been treated so shoddily since the merging with Standard Bank, a recipe for disaster if ever there was one. Our financial advisor didn’t/ couldn’t help. Comments like I have emailed them or my hands are tied etc. useless. It took 3 months to merge some investments With little or no feedback. My Fundisa account is in an utter mess we requested a sum to be paid to UNISA for this years fees, Stanlib took it upon themselves to send the entire amount in the account. We are now 2 months down the line no idea what is happening. Their complaints/resolutions department are simply awful email after email advising me of nothing. Promises of phone calls nothing. So it goes on. I lost my temper and have now withdrawn all funds from Stanlib.surprise it took 24 hours to process with no issues. If they can move that quick they clearly do not want my business. As such I am in the process of shutting everything down from Stanlib, I am now waiting for Fundisa account withdrawral to go through this too will be shut down. Finally when all this is done, our accounts will all be shut down, we are moving else where. This after 30 years we are simply disgusted with Stanlib, Liberty our financial advisor, complaints and resolutions department.
