Non existing service from Liberty.

Non existing service from Liberty. Its been months since I requested changes to me made to my cover on my policy. 4 Weeks after the blood tests where taken, I am yet to get ANY feedback. I have called several times and escalated however no feedback. Liberty does not seem interested in providing service.
