Non-existant customer service from Liberty Life
<p>I am terribly disappointed by the lack of customer service from Liberty Life. I lodged a formal complaint through their website about 2 weeks ago complaining of their service or lack thereof, and the only feedback I have received to date is a week old email acknowledging my complaint and stating that it will be forwarded to the relevant department. Must I just simply save you guys the trouble and cancel my Life Insurance because clearly there must be too many clients on your books that it has now become overwhelming.</p>
