No Words

Its been over a month since I first posted and I have still not got any further than I was then, They keep asking for a sick notes from the company I worked for, I was not a sickly person and hardly ever took sick leave up until 2019, they can not understand that and are insisting for those reports. They have my full medical claims report from my medical aid from 2012 to 2021 surly they will see on that report I was not a sickly person.But NO they will just put more stress on a person which with my condition should not be stressed, its enough that I must deal with my illness. I do not know why they do not pick up the phone and call the company that I worked for and the Dr and find out for them selves, but NO they will find every way not to pay. As long as they get the payment monthly then they don't care a dam what you are going through. I will be sending a mail to the Liberty’s group Chief Executive assistant Ms C Kinloch and Mr DMunroif Chief Executive, Hopefully then something will happen but who knows it seems that Liberty just don't care. God firbid that they have to go through this and are on the receiving end. I will NEVER recommend Liberty to anyone in fact I will advise everyone that I am in contact with that have policy to move there policy's away from Liberty as quick as possible.

And Please Liberty don't come back with it is because of Covid customer services and Covid have nothing in common. Liberty if you are stretched as you have to many claims employ more people to help the people at the end of the day directly or indirectly are paying your salaries.

I feel for the company that sold me the policy Kainos, as Charmaine and Robert have been on the receiving side of my frustration and have tried to help in every way possible right up to getting reports documentation and following up everyday and calling back even though they don't have any answers, it puts them in a bad light. They have been nothing than supportive from the start but their hands are tired as it is Liberty.
