NO STARS FOR LIBERTY LIFE
I just want to add my voice to the rest of the complainants. Their Customer Service is almost none existent - they do not reply on the questions you ask on your mail communications. All you get is an. auto reply that they will contact you - but nobody ever contacts you. The content of the replies also has no relevance to your problem. I would get mails that states that they need more info on my claim on a life policy BUT I have not even submitted the claim! And so on and so on .......... I really hope that I will eventually get the money on a straight forward life policy that I paid religiously for the last 15 years. When and if I do, I will give feedback again, but for now they get only half a star.

I have sent several mails to Liberty - could you not trace the policy number by now on my e-mail address? Just asking. I am waiting for YOU to contact me this time, as promised on every reply I get. 14 Jan 2021, 14:05I answered the mail I got from Liberty apologizing about their lack of communication - now I have sent two very polite mails to them to please provide me with the info on the payment of my claim on the policy - or to just tell me if it is in the process of getting paid. Silence - no answer - no calls - no contact!!!!!! Now I am still exactly where I have been. Pathetic!
