NO SERVICE FROM LIBERTY LIFE!

I have a flexible Annuity (300 LLA) with Liberty Life from which I draw a monthly income since 2016.My annual review letter is normally received round and about the 13th March with the investment value determined on the 5/6 of March and my new income calculated and payable from the end of March. When I have not received the letter by 13 March this year I queried it through my assurance broker at Standard bank especially as I was worried about the Russian war and deteriorating financial markets. He could not get the information from Liberty and I then approached Liberty myself but they also could not help me unless I sign them on as my new broker. Referred me back to my broker at Standard Bank who then again tried to get clarity on the matter but no luck. It is now almost time to receive my newly calculated income at the end of March but the review letter and relevant information still outstanding. Really a sad state of affairs.
