No Service

I requested a servicing to be done 17th of November 2020 to reinstate a clients policy to full benefits, I have followed up numerous times with promises that this is escalated. The clients policy has still not been reinstated to full benefits it is a month later. I have called, emailed to no avail just empty promises.
