No Service

We have been trying to get hold of Liberty with no success. My elderly mother recently received a letter via the post office (24 August 2020) advising that her funeral policy (which she has been paying for since 2001) is in arrears...the letter was dated 5 June 2020. Liberty can you please get someone to assist her as she cannot afford to lose this policy.
