No Service

This is the most frustrating institution I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Your claim forms are outdated, your online claims system is something else and nothing worse than your call centre menu that sends the clients on a merry go round with no end in sight! I submitted my claim on the 25th of February. I have requested feedback but no response. my financial advisor who is also experiencing the same nightmare with regards to calling your offices finally gets a response on Friday but again asking for forms that were submitted over a week ago!! What service is this? How is this Treating Customers Fairly
