No responses a week after submitting funeral claim.

Funeral claim with all documents submitted 21 July. Called to follow up on 26 July. Told it will be escalated and to expect an answer same afternoon. Called again on 27th afternoon. Told no feedback from claims department and nobody can call them or mail them directly to follow up.
