No response to requests for 4 months and counting

Liberty does not care about their clients. It’s been 4 months now since I put in a request for a financial advisor with no help. Yet I always get courtesy calls to thank me for trusting them- they can’t even help me when I put in a simple request. It makes me worry about trusting them with any of my products!
