No response to instruction

I guess in order to get a response from Liberty - i must always write a hellopeter review. Well this is how it goes then

On the 27/07/2021 i sent an email instruction to *** with the subject *** - Increase monthly debit order to R500.00 effective 25/08/2021 and nobody decided to respond, i then sent a follow up email on the 19/08/2021..again nobody responded. So i don't know if my DO has been increased or not, I'm waiting in vain

Someone or something please respond!!
