NO RESPONSE TO ANNUITY ENQUIRY

My wife has been contacting Liberty Life (***) twice on 20 & 29 Feb. 2024 re. her annuity and even responded to an enquiry for personal details. She had no further response after that. It will be much appreciated if we can be contacted directly for further information.
