No response from Stash Team

I have been using Stash by Liberty for over a year now and had no problems. I made a withdrawal on the 24th of December and the funds never reached my account. I emailed them ( because that's the only way to contact Stash) and they responded after a week. I followed up and till today they haven't responded. Terrible service from them and I don't get why there's no number to call.
