NO RESPONSE AND PATHETIC SERVICE AND INVESTMENT

I called Liberty Life to question a RA i took out with them and was flabbergasted to learn that my return on this RA has only been +-R7k for over 7 years of paying a premium which increases yearly. I called Liberty to have the policy cancelled on the 01.03.2015 and they referred me to a financial adviser who suggested i change the portfolio, and monitor the investment for a further 6 months. I filled out a risk assessment on the same day and to date i have still not received any feedback. I want this policy cancelled. Pathetic customer service. No faith in Liberty or their policies.
