No Response

On the 4th Of April I forward my divorce court order to them and to SANLAM. Both forwarded me automatic responses, but other than Sanlam who immediately phoned me the same week, Liberty has up to now failed to phone me or respond any further on my HIGH COURT ORDER SETTLEMENT. I phoned them and the lady that answered the phone said they need a consent letter from my ex. I got no response from him and also this is not law. The pension fund Act does not require a letter of consent. I ALREADY received my money from SANLAM but last week on the 24/5/17 I lodged a complaint letter to Liberty with proof. NOBODY has phoned me thus far. I phoned the on 29/5/17 and left my number onthe call centre inbox for them to phone back. It is Thursday the 1/6/17 and I still have had no response. Liberty can learn a few things from SANLAM as their customer service is excellent.
