No refund for unauthorized premium since September
Liberty is a ****, they were supposed to pay me a refund for the unauthorized premium they deducted in September and October, till now they still giving excuses saying they have nit received the money they took in September 15 which is impossible because all companies received premium deduction on the 15th at the end of the month it's the 18th today they telling they have nit received anything that is bluttant lies

20 Oct 2022, 12:29Liberty please pay my money stop telling stories, you know what it takes to have R730 off your salary unexpectedly, broker hid the premium, and you as insurance company never called to confirm if I know the policy and the confirm premium
I never by no means take funeral policies with such big premiums, I never go above R300 when I take a funeral policies
I got the shock of my life when I receive the a short salary unexpectedly it spoiled my budget completely
Worse I cancelled the policy and requested a refund in September which was never paid, to my surprise you take R730 again in October you ruined my budget and now you take ages to pay
What is delaying the September refund cause you receive money long ago
Please pay urgently
