No Refund for December 2015
As per records from April 2015, all Refunds were processed on 07, 09 and only two on 12th of the month, however today, 12.01.2016, when I checked if there are any pending processed refund for December 2015, but there is none, and I attended Gym 7 times in December, I am assuming \No Refund for December month"if to date is still not processed 3 days to the 15th"
