No refund. Disgisting "service"

So quick to increase premiums. I cancelled one of my policies was guaranteed by YOUR consultant that if the full premium came off id be refunded. Ive made endless phone calls, sent emails and spoken to people who sound like they would rather be at the dentist having root canal without anesthetic. Refund my money as promised and recorded. Its easier to get blood out of a stone.
