No Provident Fund Payout with ***** Liberty employee.

I am rather disgusted and shocked with Liberty, a company that looks like am efficient company. They have unprofessional employees who have delayed to pay out my provident fund benefit. So I resigned in my previous company a month ago. My company forwarded all the information to Liberty, to Andre, to be specific. I called Andre after a month I inquire about my payout. Andre told me a story that I have not been added to the fund yet. I mean it's been 6 months working for the company I left. But Liberty has not even added me to the fund. Two he tells a story that they will check the received documentation. Which means for a month they have never even checked my documentation. Three he tells me he doesn't know when will I be paid out. He then tells me he wants to check something, and inform me he will call back shortly. I waited the whole day, he never returned to me. 2nd day I called numerous times which he avoided my calls all together. When I call the call centre line for Liberty call centre staff cannot even see me on the system. I am now seating here with absolutely no idea of when will Liberty pay me my provident fund. I call my previous company to inform them but they really can't do much about this. They told me they have sent everything to Liberty, gave me the details of fund administrator as Andre, a very *********** and ***** person to deal with.
