no premiums back and ignoring emails

my claim was declined because the person i covered died on the 14th of October when his waiting period was due to end on the 30th of October, i accepted that I called and was told my case was closed without my refund being processed, the agent i spoke to said she will insure that the refund is processed on the same day as i need to assist with the funeral up until now i have not received a refund and no call back i have been sending email after email and im being ignored at this point. would never choose these guys in my next life policy number ***
