No Payout

I joined Liberty life in 2004 when my Son Rulani Freddie Thipa was 20 years old.I never skipped any installments and when i joined i took cover individually for my beneficiaries(children). On the 4th December 2015 my son died at the age of 31 years old instead of me mourning my son I was afflicted with more pain from the Company I paid over all these years to ease the burden for me as they refused to payout my claim leaving me stranded on how to give my son a decent burial. If i knew that Liberty Life doesn't operate according to their self-proclaimed purpose of \To make a difference in people's lives by making their financial freedom possible.
