No payout

I've app**** for my dad's policy payout..I've had the run around. Today they want me to send the same document which SARS gave my dad in October and I've sent it to them in November, now they want him to go back to Sars as the Last letter was dated in October. Been waiting on a call for 20min for a manager ..no manager available.
