No payment received after 48hours

I received an email last week Wednesday that payment will be made within 48hours and yet no payment has been received. I am suspecting *****, firstly they payout to not deserving beneficiaries and now they respond saying money will reflect with 48hours and still nothing?!?! ***. ***; ***
