Dear Hellopeter,<br> <br> I recently sent a orginal withdrawal notification of a provided fund Liberty. After numerous phone calls, I still haven't received my money on the 23rd of February 2015 as promised! I contacted the call centre and was told my original forms wheren\t received. I have proof that my original forms was received by Liberty on the 9th of January 2015. As yet I got no response to my queries. Can you please assist me with this problem.
