No one can be bothered to do their job!

Good Afternoon

I am now highly ****ed off, I have sent a request to cancel my policy which NO ONE has bothered to process as I see you have reinstated my Debt order which I have re cancelled! I am still waiting on the money that was taken to be paid back as promised, I sent it on the 8th of december2020, then I asked again on the 5th of January 2021, What is going on!? who the hell is not doing their job?
