No money paid to medical aid from liberty corporate

Liberty corporate pays my mom's pension into her bank account. Before they deposit her pension her discovery medical aid is paid to discovery. For 21 years it's been fine. Liberty corporate never paid money to discovery medical aid and result is her medical aid has been suspended. My mom is 92 she could get ill at any given time. I've contacted every single number possible to talk to someone to ask why this has happened. I've had no luck with any of their staff. We emailed them as well and get told it's under investigation. This is totally unacceptable who will I blame when something happens so please check and see your medical aid is getting pain when Liberty corporate does it
