No level of customer service at all

I submitted my withdrawal claim on my provident fund with liberty which has taken some time as you need to wait a day for there unfriendly agents to respond . On the 3rd of July I received notification that I my claim has been processed and that payment would take 10 working days. Payment still not received and only getting automated response to my emails. By far the worst company I have dealt with
