No helpful support

STASH. Don't even try and get support for your Stash Tax Free Account from Liberty. The call centre does not have STASH agents, so they have to forward the query on to another department. And they REFUSE to phone someone. I have been struggling for over a month to access my account because I am not getting my verification code and I cannot get someone to speak to on the phone. Instead I get the most useless emails containing information that does not help me at all and these emails go back and forth every week without me being any closer to being able to login into my STASH account. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone on the phone so that we can just cut through all the time wasted in emails, but they are just ignoring my requests. Do not get a STASH Tax Free Savings Account from Liberty - there are no humans to help with a simple phone call.
