No Help what so ever !!!!

I have been contacting and emailing Liberty life back and forth with regards to my provident fund payout they requested that my previous employers sign the document and that I should send it to them. Which I did however I am not getting any joy from my previous employers. I have dealt with the likes of momentum where all I needed to do was fill in my details and they handled the rest so I don't why can liberty life liaise with the previous employers with regards to the claim. OR just process the claim as I was advised that that option is available. I have requested it days ago but getting feedback from Liberty appears to be a nightmare
