No help to obtain Tax Certificate

<p>I have been unable to obtain my 2017 Tax Certificate for an annuity with Liberty Life. Their web-site says my policy does not exist. When I phone ***and follow the voice prompts, I get a message: "This policy is out of force...".</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no way to get the Telphone system to get me to a person to speak to. When my broker contacted them, they said they emailed it to me, although I never received such an email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also asked for help on the web-site itself, no response at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Tax submission is being hold back until I get this Tax Certificate which I've been struggling with for weeks.</p>
