NO HELP NO SERVICE NO CONSULTANTS! I WANT MY MONEY

This is the third week I am calling Liberty corporate as advised by the Data Factory , but sadly I hold for over 30 minutes and I get given the option to request them to call me back which they never do! this company seem to be non existent I doubt I will ever get my money!!! the worst service ever! no respect for their clients at all
