NO financial service

I have been a customer and client of Liberty for more than 30 years and of Standardbank for more than 20 years - and now that death have knocked on my door for the last 3 months I have nothing but pain and regret. If they want your money its less than 3 days before you get a call, but if they own you money you can just not even get someone someone on the phone! Since my husband passed away they have nothing but excuses to settle everything. I am DONE!!
