No customer care service

Since I requested a quotation for the car insurance yesterday, there is no one to assist me, the person who was assisting me in the morning is nowhere to find, I tried to call and asked that he calls back once he is done busy with other clients but he didn't contact me back. The ignorance is delaying me to fetch the car at the garage. May Liberty car insurance please assign someone who can help me fast.
