No communication regarding an estate

My late husband's pension fund is with liberty, the executor which is also the person that sold our policies to us, has not been in contact with me regarding the progress of his estate, numerous messages have been sent for updates for a year now ( the estate has been with liberty since July 2022) and I have been completely ignored, while I know estates can take time to have absolutely no response from an executor working for your company is unacceptable. I have requested statements from the estate account as well as all other information pertaining to the estate as I am now more than concerned about what has actually been done on the estate. I will also be cancelling my life policy with Liberty which I have had for over 20 years!
