No communication from financial advisors

I am having a bad experience with liberty life group financial advisors they don't communicate when you try to reach them you can't find them. My financial and I agreed that we will meet twice in a year to review on my investment on how its going but when we have to meet she comes with stories and sometimes she doesn't answer my calls and emails. So I am really disappointed to get such treatment
