No communication and pushed from pillar to post

Liberty was supposed to pay out my provident fund on the 13th of January. I have a settlement agreement for my car for the 16th of January. Till date I have not received my payment. After numerous calls I get told they are still busy with the claim as it is with the payments department. I cannot believe the poor service I am getting from Liberty.
