No communication

I have put a claim for my broken TV till today, i have not received feedback from anyone, i have been calling living messages and no one gets back to me. i lodged a claim on the 21st of October until today no feedback at all.

Even on my first claim, for my fridge i complain that the fidged was not fixed, i never got any feedback from Liberty.
