No Communication

I enquired about my policy No *** on the 8 February 2023 and received a mail asking for 1 working day and Liberty Life would revert back to me. I sent a further mail on the 10 February 2023, I received the same generic reply. As of this morning, 13 February 2023, I have had no response from Liberty Life. I'm not very impressed.
