No care about clients

I sent a complain to Liberty last week and nobody cared to call me regarding the complaint. Shameema Hassan does not have customer service s****s at all, she has been escalating my query for 2 week an body seem to care and she is not doing follow ups. I have lost respect for Liberty and I will take my investments else where.
