No Call back as requested once again

I refer to Complaint ***. I requested a call back from Sharon Du Preez on Friday the 22nd of April to discuss the Reinstatement of my Policy. It is the 28th of April and I still haven't received a call from Liberty. This is my 6th Complaint about Liberty and still they just cannot treat their customers right. A simple thing such as a call back Liberty cannot even do. What is going on at Liberty? Utterly disgusted with your service.
