No answers

I have reached a stalemate with communication. I managed to update my beneficiaries and then wanted to add my sister as recipient of "immediate expenses". Again...another form arrived. Then I had a question. Why does it say immediate benefits are for Lifestyle Protector only? Do I qualify? If not, how can I? I've been trying to get my affairs in order with Liberty for 2 weeks. Everytime I send a question, I get an updated policy. No answers.
