Never took a policy

I have send numerous emailss to Liberty Life regarding a policy they listed on the credit bureaus.The policy does not belong to me, I have never taken out any policy with Liberty Life.They refuse to believe me when I say the policy appears on the credit bureaus(I have proof).According to the info desk the query was resolved,however when I checked today,it stilll shows on my credit profile.Please close and remove the policy from the credit bureau ASAP,as this has been dragging on for 6 months now.My next complaint will be with the Ombudsman!!!!
