Never ending grief with Liberty Life

Processing a claim with Liberty life has been nothing but a nightmare, they promise a 5-7 day payment on a claim, since lodging my claim on 25 June, there has since been a cent paid out, should your claim need any outstanding documents from the ridiculous demand of documents, the consultants cannot even reach out to notify the family of the outstanding, what I find even more frustrating is that you can never deal with one person or someone from management..... It is clearly a waste of money investing or having a policy with Liberty Life it is depressing grief what they put you through after loosing a loved one
