Negligent Liberty Life

It is now September and Liberty has not loaded my certificate onto the SARS platform.

Not only can I NOT complete my tax return, but trying to speak someone at Liberty is harder than pulling out my own fingernails.

I have tried calling with endless "hold on, I will transfer you", you are in the wrong department, 45 minutes of that is enough to make anyone pull their hair out.

How is it that a simple tax return cant be done? Or have an easier process to speak to someone who can assist? Why are the Liberty staff so illusive?

But first class to run that debit order, no delays there....
