Need Liberty Life clients to express their willingness to decline claims ********ly

Wow, how many bad reviews can one see for this company. I am highly disappointed that my claim after a year has been declined for a reason that on inception I was not truthful. Liberty life staff can constantly forget in a few minutes or hours or days to return a call. Yet, my claim got declined because on date of inception I did not declare that I had mental issues which I clearly wasn't aware of as proof provided guarantees this. At date of inception I was in a peak of my life and did not at the time feel a bit depressed and it was 10-13 years since I last felt suicidal however it has been proven that I have never been rushed to hospital or ever considered to be placed in a mental institution as nobody knew how depressed I was at same stage as a teenager you no hormones... Anycase at inception of policy how do one say something you don't feel or remembered or have any evidence of and then a claim is declined for not stating something that I was only diagnosed with about 3/4 years ago being Bipolar? Bipolar can mean years of depression and then manic. Who had a claim declined by Liberty even though the facts proved you were 100% honest?...
