Need comprehension tests for employees

People working there can't read. Send numerous emails not to opt out of fixed tax rate to find a mail in my inbox this morning thanking me for receiving my opt out. I did not complete such form. I do not want to opt out. Have not completed such a form and yet you keep on telling me I want to opt out.
