My RA is due, and I have sent them emails to get my money

My RA is due, and I have sent them emails to get my money. They responded by saying I have two ID number and I must go to SARS. Which I have done, and waited 21 days for a virtual call from SARS. My tax number was sorted and I sent them a mail. But since March I have not heard from them. It's pathetic that we policy holders must wait longer to get paid yet our money is making them rich with interest. My policy number is ***
