My Provident fund claim

Liberty is the worst and unprofessional, I am taken back and forth on the calls regardih my Provident fund looks like no one know when is my claim processed I was told payment will be out Thursday then was told Friday this morning I called I'm told claims department still have to finalize the claim I should expect payment next week😠😠😡😤😡😠😡😡😡😡😡😡
