'My LIberty' Internet access is a fail.

Customer Service with Liberty is abysmal, so I tried 'My Liberty' using Internet access. It doesn't work.

1. First there is the OTP SMS to my phone that doesn't work. 2. Start again, this time sent to my email. OTP not accepted. 3. Re-try, OTP accepted. Create password, use the system generated password BUT the application concludes it's invalid. How *********** can a programmer get? 4. New shortened password, and this message: "Unfortunately we are unable to process your registration at this time. Please try again later." When is later, it's 10pm?

Quite useless.
